This article will help you to navigate the system on how to hide or delete the public review.
There are two ways to locate and handle the reviews. Follow the steps to do it with 1st way,
- Select a candidate you would like to remove a review
- Look for the “Records” tab and select it
- Click on “Reviews” option
- You will see the table view of all reviews for this candidate and appropriate actions to hide and delete a review
Another way to manage the reviews,
- Go to the More -> Logs and select “Review Log”
- You will see the table with all reviews in selected date rage and perform required action
