This will allow you to filter your Shift Job Calendar view by additional fields.
Open your Shift Job Calendar view and click the gear icon shown:
Choose a field to add as a quick search filter and submit your changes:
A drop down menu has been added to your Shift Job Calendar view for your chosen additional field(s):
