Do you charge clients every week/month and need approval or generally want to send them a summary of their shift job usage in a particular time period? You can send them in bulk via email, SMS or push notification!
Go to the shift job calendar, select the date range of interest, go to the “Table View”, and then select the “Summary by Clients” or “Summary by Candidates”:
This generates tables with a breakdown of their usage/work for that time period. Then you will see 3 buttons to “Send out summaries via” Email, SMS and Push Notification.
You can select who you want to send it to and customize the message:
The [[user_job_summary_link]] will plug in a unique link for that particular person. 
And they can click on each row to get more details:
