The Price Manager is where you can set all of the rates and fees for your agency. This article explains what the different prices mean and how they work. #
Access and open the price manager…
1) From Mission Control select More > Settings.
2. Select Global Settings.
3) Select Clients.
4. Select Price Manager.
How To Add A New Price. #
1. Select Add Price.
2. When creating a price you can give it whatever name is appropriate. Then, select a price type.
Names are only for you to see and easily manage your platform. Clients will not see this name.
Types and What They Mean: #
Registration Fee #
This is an amount to charge when someone fills in your application form.
Hourly Booking Rate #
This is how much a candidate gets paid hourly for a booking/shift job. You can customize this to be different for different services, and even customize for each individual candidate.
Hourly Fee Per Additional Child #
Many agencies charge an extra $1 or $2 per hour for every extra child after the first 2, if you do something along those lines, this is how you can define that.
Hourly Agency Fee #
This is the cost per hour your agency receives for the amount of hours a candidate is booked to work or actually works.
Hourly Agency Commission #
This is a fee in which the agency gets a commission based on the final cost of the service. It is not often used.
Travel Fee #
This charge is used when a candidate must travel to get to the client. Can be for specific locations or zip/post codes.
Hourly Booking Rate #
This is how much the candidate is getting paid.
Rush Fee #
This charge is used when a client books within a certain amount of hours, determined by you, before a service is to be. Example: A rush fee maybe used if a client books a service within 12 hours of the start time. The rush fee goes to you.
Candidate Rush Fee #
This charge is used when a client books within a certain amount of hours, determined by you, before a service is to be. Example: A rush fee maybe used if a client books a service within 12 hours of the start time. This rush fee goes to the assigned candidate.
Candidate Rush Hourly Fee #
Rather than being a fixed amount, like the Rush Fee above, this adds on to the agency hourly rate.

Per Booking Agency Fee #
This is a flat amount collected for every booking that a client makes and goes to the agency.
Per Booking Candidate Fee #
This is a flat amount collected for every booking that a client makes and goes to the candidate working the booking.
Booking Total Discount #
This is a discount that will be applied to the total booking cost.
Admin Fee #
This is a percentage charge that applies to the booking total and can be used for any purpose, such as a credit card processing fee.
Admin Percentage #
Similar to the Admin Fee, this is a percentage charge of the total cost, that can be used for any purpose.
Additional Overnight Hourly Fee #
This is an additional charge per hour for services that are booked for an overnight time frame.
Hourly Rate for Additional Hours #
This is to adjust for long bookings, for example if the hourly rate increase after 8 hours.
