Decided the amount of time clients should be notified before the start time of an unfilled shift position. #
1. Turn this setting on by selecting Settings
2. Select Agency Settings.
3. Select Jobs.
4. Select Shift Jobs.
5. Select Notify a Client of a Shift Job Starting in X Hours.
6. Select for it to be an Email or SMS or select both for them to both be option.
Create the Email Template. #
7. Select Templates.
8. Select Email Templates.
9. Select Add Template.
10. Title the Template.
11. Mark Audience as Job.
12. Select the Trigger as Unfilled Shift Job Client Reminder.
13. Utilize the Tag of [[notifyhours]] in the subject to indicate the time before the shift job is to begin.
14. Create the Email.
15. Select Save.
