You can either do it as an admin through the admin tab or the candidate/client can do it by going to the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails. #
There are three ways to resubscribe a candidate/client if they have unsubscribed.
1. Admin tab of their profile – click the cross next to ‘unsubscribed from all email’ (pic 1)
OR
2. Log tab. Select ’email’ as your communication channel, a button will appear with ‘view unsubscribed users’ – you’ll have to manually find their name as there is no search button. This is a great way to see who is unsubscribing!
OR
3. The client/candidate can also do it themselves through the link where they unsubscribed. E.g. if they go back to an old email and unclick the box unsubscribe and click save – they’ll be subscribed again!
