1. From Mission Control select More. 

2. Select Application and Profile Builder.

3. Add a new Job Application. 

4. Add or Adjust Questions. 

5. Select Save. 

6. Select the Gear Icon of the Job Application Section to open its settings. 

7. Select Conditional Settings. 

8. Use the conditions to reject applicants.
