If you only want shift jobs to appear to candidates that it has been broadcasted to, here is how to! #
1. More -> Settings -> Global Settings
2. Jobs
3. Job Board Settings -> Shift Job
4. Expressing Interest In and Accepting Shift Jobs
Select the box ‘Candidates can self assign themselves to shift jobs (accept available shift jobs directly)’ this means that if a job is broadcasted to them, they will be able to accept/decline.
Select this box ‘Candidates can continue mark ‘Not Interested’ while being able to self assign’ if you want them to also decline shift jobs.
When you select the ‘candidates can self assign’ box, this will unlock more settings below. Now you need to turn them on!
1. Select the setting ‘Candidates can accept job when job is broadcasted’
2. Select the setting ‘Only show shift jobs that were broadcasted to the candidate on the job board (Shift Job)’
If you want to send a notification email (automatically) to the candidate/client when they accept the job, turn the below settings on and the same goes for texts.
