If you want to notify a client about an upcoming shift job of theirs, we have a setting where you can select how many hours before and whether to use email, SMS or more! #
Please go to the Agency Settings and search in the search bar for “Notify a client of a shift job starting in X hours”
From there you can select how many hours before to notify (you can select multiple) and what medium to use (again, you can select multiple)!
