How to add a Note or instructions for a specific Section in the Application Form #
Navigate to More → Application and Profile Builder
Click on the Pencil icon of the relevant application form
Find the section you want to add the field remark for and select “Field Remark” from the dropdown of “Select Other Properties” 
Now simple add the Write down the field remark you would like to add and click Save.
