Create a unique, one time use, Tag for a document, that places a Fillable field for Users, a client or candidate, to fill in as they complete a required document. This is most over used for agreements and contracts. #
Documents have a special option for tags, because documents deal with contracts where completely new information may be needed that has never been asked before you can create a special tag to collect it. #
Here’s how it works.
1. In a document select Create Fillable Field from User’s Profile.
2. Create the Name for the field.
3. Locate the area you’d like to insert the field.
4. Select Insert Fillable Field.
