Adjust which status previous matched candidates have to be at

When a client is booking a shift job, you can have them select a previously matched candidate as someone they prefer to have again. You can adjust the status candidates have to be at to appear on this list. This is great for if a candidate goes inactive, they will no longer appear to a client.
