Add Conditions to Email Templates

Use Conditions to harness an email template’s trigger and narrow its focus to send exactly when you need it. #

1. From Mission Control select More

2. Select Email Templates

3. Select the Email Template to add matching conditions or create a new template. 

4. At the bottom of the email template select Add Matching Conditions. 

Matching Conditions will add another layer of criteria a user must meet for them to receive this particular email. 

5. Add the matching conditions, you can create many addition matching conditions.
