If you’ve enabled the chat feature in your agency settings, you can control how admins receive notifications for new messages exchanged between clients and candidates.
Go to Settings > Global Settings > App Settings > Notifications.

Decide whether admins should be alerted when new messages are exchanged. As the app is solely for clients and candidates, you can opt to receive email notifications to review conversations.

If you choose to receive notifications, specify the email address where they should be sent.

By configuring these settings, admins will stay updated on new app chat messages between clients and candidates. To see all chat messages, head to Logs > User Chat Log.
