If you would like clients and candidates to book meetings with you as an admin at any time, this is how you can add the admin internal scheduler in the clients/candidates profiles or in application forms.
Step 1: Click on More -> Application & Profile Builder
Step 2: Click on the pencil icon to edit the Client or Candidate Profile or Application.
Step 3: Click to add a field
Step 4: Fill in the new field as shown in the picture below.
– If you have multiple admins, make sure to select the correct admin for this meeting calendar.
– Do not check off “create a shift job” if you are an agency, this will require you to assign a candidate. This feature is meant for solo operating businesses.
– If you are a solo operating business, please check off “create a shift job” this will allow interviews to appear in your master calendar.
– Click save.
Step 5: Click on a client/ candidate file and you will see the calendar available to them in their profile to book a meeting with you at any time.
Step 6: If you added it in the Application form, click on your application form and you will see it in the calendar. (This is useful if you want clients/candidates to book consultation calls or interviews as soon as they apply).
