Adding and keeping notes on clients and candidates is a great way to keep must-know to ancillary information about certain users three clicks away.
1) Once in your dashboard click on any client you wish you add a note. Or, open your candidates’ tab and click on any candidate you wish you add a note.
2) In their profile you are automatically opened into their administrator tab.
3) In the 2nd row there are tab options. (List, Notes, Email/SMS, Events, Password, ect)
4) Click on Notes. Then “Add Note”
5) Create your note.
