Kellie is highly active in the nanny industry, serving as the APNA Administrative Assistant, co-chair of InterNational Nanny Recognition Week, and co-creator of Our Nanny Diary. She maintains several industry websites, including Regarding Nannies. Recognized for her contributions, Kellie was the 1997 INA Nanny of the Year, received the 2014 DEMA Lifetime Achievement Award, and the 2020 INA Meritorious Service Award. She has presented at numerous industry events and resides in the Washington, DC metro area.
