Commercial General Liability minimum $1,000,000 must include coverage for physical and sexual abuse and molestation.
Workers’ compensation coverage (unless not required by state law).

Each agency in our network is required to ensure that each of their caregivers:
- Completes the Caregiver Training Manual and successfully passes the Competency Examination prior to providing services.
- Has a background screen completed successfully by a PBSA accredited vendor.
- Qualifications for Education/Experience, Training (First Aid, CPR, etc..), and References are met.
