This option lets you build and customize your dashboard at your own pace, with helpful support along the way to fit your agency’s specific needs.
You’ll receive:
– A dedicated Onboarding Specialist to support you throughout the process
– Optional 1-on-1 meetings (up to once a week for 30-45 minutes) to ask questions or get extra help and training
– A learning checklist with step-by-step video tutorials, helpful articles, and brief guided walkthroughs
– Access to support channels, including:

– Help with importing basic client and candidate data from your previous system
Premium*
This is our most personalized, hands-on onboarding experience- perfect for agencies that want extra guidance and support throughout the setup process.

This package includes everything in the General Onboarding package, plus additional hands-on support to fully tailor your dashboard to your agency’s unique needs.
Here’s what’s included:
– Collaborative setup and customization of your dashboard, including:
- Client applications and profiles
- Candidate applications and profiles
- Pricing and payment workflows (if applicable)
- Shift/temporary job workflows
- Placement/permanent job workflows
– Collaborative adaptation of the system based on your industry & processes.
– Import and automation of your current communication templates (email/SMS) into your dashboard, aligned with your client and candidate workflows
– Import and automation of your document templates, including:
- Client contracts
- Employment agreements
- Industry-specific forms (e.g., I-95, W-4s, or required state licensing documents)-
- Assistance importing complex client and candidate data from your previous system
Ad Hoc*
This onboarding option offers a mix of self-guided setup and hands. on support-ideal for those who want help with setup and dashboard configuration but don’t need the full premium experience.
Ad-hoc support is billed at $100/hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
This service includes everything offered in the General Onboarding package.
