Megan Metzger founded MMC in 2014 when she saw the need for more women to become financially independent. She combined her personal experience (the good, bad, and ugly) of owning a nanny agency (Preferred ChildCare) with the professional education in business and passion for teaching to help over 400 owners start, grow, and improve their nanny agencies.
Consulting doesn’t feel like work to Megan. She wakes up every day excited to help her clients and celebrate with them as they achieve their goals. She is truly thankful for the opportunity to work with such incredible business owners and is blessed to have an awesome team to support her work. When she is not working, Megan is a self-proclaimed foodie who travels often and can be found at art museums, the theater, on the back of a horse, or spending time with her four children.
